Recruited into Prof Charles Wondji’s team as a PHD Student in 2016 at the end of her training at OCEAC, DJOUNKWA NOUAGE Lynda has since then grown her experience in mosquito rearing, performing bioassay tests, evaluating the effectiveness of mosquito nets, DNA extraction.
Her current project at CRID focuses on the “Impact of insecticide resistance on mosquito salivary proteins and its consequences on the vectorial capacity of major malaria vectors in Africa” where she serves as PhD student in Medical Entomology.
With the supervision of Principal Investigators, Linda has been able to publish the following papers:
- Physical integrity and residual bio efcacy of used LLINs in three cities of the South West region of Cameroon 4 years after the first national mass distribution campaign.
